Earth Day
Today, 22nd April we marked Earth Day by planting the Wild Irish Cherry Tree and Mountain Ash donated to our school by Monaghan Credit Union. Many important environmental events have happened on Earth Day since 1970, including the recent signing of the Paris Agreement. Earth Day continues to be a momentous and unifying day each and every year. We look forward to watching our trees grow and making some contribution to climate change.
