Snack – Sos
The children will have a small break each day. They are encouraged to eat a small piece of fruit, vegetable or small sandwich at this time.

Lunch - Lón
As a health promoting school, children are encouraged to bring healthy lunches to school. Children can bring fruit, yoghurts, bread, and any other nutritious foods. Research suggests we form our eating habits from an early age and it is recommended that we all reduce our daily content of sugar and salty foods.

Egg and Nut Allergies
We have a number of children with severe egg and nut allergies. St. Louis is an EGG AND NUT FREE ZONE!!

Blue Folders
Every child in the school received a ‘Blue Folder’. All Senior Infants and First Class children can reuse their folders from last year. Junior Infants received a clear blue folder with their name on it. Check these folders every evening for all notes, letters, newsletters, flyers and school information. You can also use this folder to send in notes and money. The children will become familiar with this effective method of communication.

Parent/Teacher Meetings
This year we will hold our Parent/Teacher meetings in November. A date will be circulated later this month.

Enrolment
Our enrolment for this school year is open until the end of the month.
