Parental Declaration Form
Dear Parents,
I hope you and your families are keeping well. The staff and I are
delighted to be welcoming the children back to school on Monday. I am
sure the children are really excited about seeing their friends again.
Our mission is to open the school safely and keep it open. We need
your help to do this.
Over the next two days you will receive a number of emails. Please
read each one carefully and follow all the procedures. Today, please
follow the link below and complete the HSE Parental Declaration Form.
The Department of Education has advised that all children must
complete this form before returning to school.
Please complete this form electronically before tomorrow Friday, 26th
February at 11am.
