Autumn fun in room 14
October has been a very busy month in room 14. We went on an Autumn nature walk in the park, we learned all about hedgehogs and scarecrows. We also had a special visitor in our classroom this month. Buddy the attendance dog came to visit for a few days because we had 100% attendance. We loved having Buddy in our classroom and we think he enjoyed playing with us during golden time. We were busy preparing for halloween too! We made spooky spiders and ghosts during art lessons and we learned all about the life cycle of a pumpkin in our science lessons. We had a great time on Thursday 19th of October because we got to have our breakfast in the staff room as part of the Cheerios Childline Breakfast morning. Finally, on the last day of school, before the Halloween holidays, we all came to school in our Halloween costumes. We had so much fun trying to guess who was behind each costume!
